Returns Policy

If you desire to return your Medusa Research product for any reason, send it back to us within 60 days. We will immediately give you a refund or credit to your credit card. Please put the product, including all materials and other items that were included with the product, in the original packaging and be sure to include a description of why the product is being returned. Please include either the order number or a copy of your receipt.

Unfortunately we are not able to give refunds or credits for returns that arrive more than 60 days from the date of our shipment to you, or for products that are altered or physically damaged in any way.
